Sinova Developments is the result of decades of experience in the real estate market, combined with a passion for quality style and design. Ali Shaben and Alia Chadi have completed multiple personal building and renovation projects and, combined, have amassed extensive experience working in all areas of real estate. From residential sales to large-scale commercial development projects, they know the markets, the process, and the city. Keen to bring their passion for quality and style to the new home market, they created Sinova Developments.

ALI SHABEN
Ali has accrued over two decades of experience in the real estate industry. He has an eye for detail and a wealth of knowledge of the entire cycle of real estate, from building to selling. Ali oversees all site and contractor logistics to maintain the quality and standards for each Sinova home.
ALIA CHADI
Alia is rooted in real estate, quite literally. Her family business has been in development as far back as she can remember. Alia has a flair for style and discerning tastes, which she injects into the homes Sinova builds.
